Job Summary
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for guiding, motivating, and supporting a team to achieve specific objectives and performance goals. This role involves overseeing daily operations, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, and ensuring the team's success through effective communication, delegation, and performance management. Position is typically first shift Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday hours during Christmas time. Pay will be commensurate with experience and starts at $16 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Coordinate and manage team tasks and projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members
- Resolve conflicts and address issues within the team, promoting a harmonious work environment
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management, ensuring alignment on goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity
- Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Prepare and present performance reports to management

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years work experience in a team lead or supervisory role
