Play & Thrive Speech Therapy is a small, clinician-owned pediatric practice providing strengths-based, play-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team at our Linthicum Heights office.

This position is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with neurodivergent children, values play-based and strengths-based therapy, and wants to be part of a thoughtful, growing practice. You’ll join a team of SLPs who are committed to neurodiversity-affirming care, AAC, and supporting families in ways that feel practical, respectful, and individualized.
