Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. This role is responsible for coordinating early intervention services for children and families, including managing referrals, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The Service Coordinator communicates regularly with caregivers, clinicians, and community partners to share updates, clarify service plans, and address questions or concerns.
