What are the responsibilities and job description for the Childcare Teachers and Assistants - Full Time 4 day week position at Play & Grow Learning Center?
Play & Grow Learning Center with locations in Appleton, Greenville, and Darboy is growing and looking to hire Lead and Assistant Teachers for varying age groups. The work schedule will vary, but will consist of a 4 day, 10 hour a day work week with weekends off and a consistent weekday off as well. We are hiring qualified lead teachers, experienced assistant teachers, and individuals that do not have formal experience, but have a passion for working with children.

Qualifications for each position:
Lead Teachers - Candidates must either be at least a level 7 on the registry, have an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood, or a Bachelor's Degree.
Assistant and Float Teachers - We are also looking for caring individuals that may not have experience working in a childcare center, but enjoy working with kids and are willing to take a couple classes through the mail to be certified in this field. Individuals that have already completed EC1, EC2, and Fundamentals of Infant and Toddler Care are already qualified for either an Assistant or Float Teacher. Play & Grow Learning Center believes in promoting from within.

Below is an expected pay schedule: Bachelors Degree in Education $18 Bachelors Degree in a non related field $17 Associates in Early Childhood $17 Completed at least two 3 credit courses in Early Childhood $15.50 No bachelors degree or Early Childhood courses would start at $14 per hour and go to 14.75 after completing three online courses to qualify you as an Assistant Teacher (These online courses do not need to be completed prior to employment.)
