As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with several patients in a day, discussing treatment needs and ultimate goals with parents or caregivers, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time. We are especially looking for therapists with experience in sensory integration, feeding therapy, and early intervention.ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and screenings for children ages 012.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Provide therapy in clinic, school, and home settings with a focus on:Sensory processing and self-regulation.Fine and gross motor development.Feeding and oral-motor skills.Daily living and social participation.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to support carryover.Educate and empower families with practical strategies.Maintain accurate and timely documentation.Stay current with pediatric OT practices, including sensory and feeding approaches.QualificationsMasters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required).Current California OT license (required).Knowledge of sensory integration principles.Strong communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.Passion for play-based, family-centered therapy.Excellent organizational skills.Pediatric experience; feeding therapy or early intervention experience preferred.
Salary : $60 - $80
