Responsibilities
- Monitor the play area to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules effectively and politely.
- Assist children and families with activities, providing friendly guidance and support to enhance their experience.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and promote a positive atmosphere for all visitors.
- Handle cash transactions accurately for entry fees, food sales, or merchandise purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play zone, including equipment inspection and sanitization.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any safety concerns or incidents swiftly.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Background in events management or activity coordination will be an advantage.
