Play & Learn in Hatboro is hiring a Full-Time Toddler Teacher Assistant!

Location: Play & Learn – Hatboro
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
What You’ll Do
As a Toddler Teacher Assistant, you’ll help create a classroom where toddlers feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. You’ll:
- Provide nurturing, high-quality care
- Engage children through art, music, play, and hands-on activities
- Support the implementation of Play & Learn’s curriculum
- Help children build social skills, confidence, and independence
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming classroom
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other team members
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working with children
- CDA or willing to obtain
- Willingness to continue learning and growing in Early Childhood Education
- Dependable, patient, caring, and ready to be active with toddlers
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs. and participate in daily classroom activities
