Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage in behavior management strategies to support positive interactions among children.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
- Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices.
- Previous experience in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus.
- Experience working with students who have special needs or disabilities is highly desirable.
