- Design and develop core features of the Plaud App with a strong focus on functionality, performance, reliability, and user experience, leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Build, maintain, and optimize software–hardware connectivity and data transmission flows between mobile applications and physical devices, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Implement and optimize data interactions across the mobile app, hardware devices, firmware, and backend systems, applying AI-assisted analysis and automation to improve stability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, backend, product, and design teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure seamless integration across the system.
- Contribute to technical design, code quality, and long-term maintainability of the codebase, while proactively exploring and adopting AI-driven practices to enhance engineering productivity.
- Solid experience in mobile application development, with strong coding fundamentals and system design capabilities across complex feature areas.
- Strong background in mobile app development on iOS, Android, or Flutter-based cross-platform solutions, with a deep understanding of platform-specific constraints and best practices.
- Proven experience building and maintaining software–hardware connectivity and data interaction layers, such as BLE, Wi-Fi, and custom device communication protocols.
- Strong ability to debug, optimize, and maintain complex, multi-component systems spanning mobile apps, devices, firmware, and backend services.
- A highly collaborative mindset with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of features, and a proactive approach to embracing and applying AI technologies and AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery velocity.
