What You Will Do

We seek an AI Solution Architect to design and implement our next-generation internal systems — unifying automation, data intelligence, and compliance across all functions.

• Architect and execute PLAUD AI’s enterprise-wide AI integration roadmap, connecting Finance, HR, Operations, and Product systems.
• Design and deploy scalable, secure, and compliant AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Lead data and systems integration, creating unified models for analytics, reporting, and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver high-impact AI automation use cases that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Establish AI governance and best practices for responsible and efficient adoption across global teams.
  
  

Skills, Qualifications And Experience We Look For

• Worked in global tech companies and tech startups for at least 5 years with relevant experiences.
• High familarity with global tookstack such as Glean, Rippling, Deel, Workday, Atlassion, Jira, Confluence, Notion etc.
• Engineering background with AI endeavours in recent years.
