Napa-based wine tour office is looking for a dynamic and reliable hospitality reservationist to join our dedicated office team.
Duties:
- Manage incoming reservation requests & inquiries efficiently via phone, email, and online systems with professionalism and warmth
- Process tour reservations & reservation updates accurately in database
- Collaborate effectively and productively with team members
- Support team projects and daily operations as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates strong ownership and pride in their work
- Collaborates effectively and productively with team members
- Communicates in a warm, friendly, and professional manner over the phone
- Possesses solid spelling and written communication skills
- Is reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Works confidently and efficiently both independently and with minimal supervision
Position is full-time & includes weekend days as office is open from 8:00am-6:00pm, 7 days/week. Shifts are scheduled in 8 hour increments.
