Automotive Parts Director -Labelle, Florida
We are a group of 10 Dealerships looking for its next Parts Director to oversee the Parts Departments at multiple dealerships. This Auto Group is growing its foot step all over Florida and wants to find its next Parts Leader to help with the growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee Parts Managers at multiple locations and fill in if needed
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and properly handled
- Help Customers with service recommendations and explain what parts will be needed for each job
- Keep the customers up to date with all of the information regarding that job. The customer should have it explained in a way they fully understand.
- Keep the customer happy with the work being performed and keeping the customer informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle
- Keep up to date with the manufacturer news and updates
- Keep up to date with industry practices
- Work with the groups marketing team to help drive traffic into the Parts Departments.
- Work on keeping all service and parts departments with a high rating on any customer review sections ( ex. Google Reviews, Auto trader Reviews )
- Hire, Train and Develop Staff into the top of the line automotive service and parts staff
- Create goals for the departments and assist the dealerships to achieve the set out goals.
- Ensure all staff has completed any relevant training and have certifications
- Handle customer complaints being made at any of the dealerships
- Create Budgets and keep track of expenses
- Analyze prices on all products to ensure items are market at proper prices and competitive within the area.
- Create Reports as needed by the corporate office and assist in any special projects
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years minimum as a service manager preferably with Ford or GM or Dodge
- Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
- Must be able to manage multiple operations at multiple locations
- High school diploma or higher education
- Must be able to put together statements and forecast upcoming months
- Knowledge of ordering and inventory management
- Must be able to travel to different dealerships if needed
