About the Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical experience, a positive attitude, strong time management skills, and a solid work ethic. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of equipment, including light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty semi-trucks, and both light- and heavy-duty trailers.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on vehicles and trailers.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on light-duty vehicles, heavy-duty semi-trucks, and trailers.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance services.
- Troubleshoot and repair engines, drivetrains, brake systems, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair needs and job status.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical experience required.
- Experience working on diesel trucks, trailers, and automotive vehicles preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
