We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coat Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying durable powder coatings to metal components using airless spray equipment and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our standards. Duties
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
- Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply powder coatings evenly across various parts.
- Use hand tools and power tools for surface preparation and finishing touches.
- Handle materials efficiently using forklifts, cranes, and other warehouse equipment to move parts safely.
- Inspect finished products with precision measuring instruments to verify coating quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean work area, adhering to safety protocols related to industrial painting and materials handling.
- Collaborate with fabrication and assembly teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Qualifications
- Experience with industrial or auto body painting techniques, including airless paint spraying.
- Mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining, welding, and fabrication.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, materials handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles for efficient workflow.
- Warehouse experience including the use of precision measuring instruments and auto painting techniques.

Pay: $17.25 - $23.50 per hour
