We're looking for an experienced, licensed Insurance Account Manager who shares that mindset and is passionate about providing exceptional service.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Howland, Ohio office.
- Build, manage, and maintain a book of business of our insurance clients
- Respond to client questions and provide prompt, friendly service
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing requests
- Review coverages and prepare insurance quotes
- Assist clients with claims questions and work with our carrier partners to provide solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverages and referrals
- Active Ohio Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
- Previous insurance agency experience (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning agency management systems and technology
- A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine desire to help people
