We're part of a nationwide unique recycling retail store specializing in clothes for teens and twenty somethings — we buy and sell the latest looks in clothing and accessories from the hottest brand name designers for girls and guys.
Store Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Designing, formulating, and enforcing policies, functions, and operational changes
- Determining staff and supervisory requirements
- Coordinating training activities
- Prepare special reports, reviews, and recommendations on the purchase of new equipment.
- Ensure excellent guest service
- Ensure that the store is properly staffed
- Ensure development of team members
- Maintain product quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Walking and standing for the entire shift
- Able to reach and stoop during work
- Able to lift and carry objects as and when necessary
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong reasoning skills and decision making processes
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to motivate team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
