Custom Cabinetry Finisher - Day Shift, Full Benefits, Will Train
Position Hours: 6:00a-2:30p (Overtime available, paid at time and a half)
What you'll do
- Hand-apply and wipe stain and glaze on custom cabinet parts
- Spray stain using a spray gun, including preparing material and loading and adjusting pumps
- Repair parts before sealer, including puttying cracks, fixing scratches, correcting color issues, and removing excess glue
- Sand with sandpaper or an orbital sander, and clean parts using a vacuum, tac cloth, or air hose
- Move and hang product on the line, and use a drill and screw gun to attach drawer box clips
- Enter and verify information on a computer screen
- Pitch in on other productive tasks when the line is slow
What we're looking for
- Dependable, on-time attendance for your full shift
- A good eye for color and finish, and the patience to catch small flaws and fix them
- Teamwork and the initiative to find work that needs doing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
