As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing store operations, including buying and selling gently used clothing and accessories, loss prevention, merchandising, and team supervision. Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations and assume responsibility in their absence.
- Recruit, select, and retain qualified employees to ensure the store is properly staffed.
- Motivate and direct store teams to maximize productivity and profitability, communicating daily and weekly store goals.
- Promote the highest level of customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling.
- Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards daily.
- Uphold all operational policies and procedures.
- Buy gently used clothing and accessories to meet company standards.
Qualifications
- 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.
- Sales driven, goal-oriented, and impeccably honest.
- Able to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Must be able to drive at any time during an assigned shift

Offered compensation: $13/hr - $14/hr
Experience and License Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work 20-30 hours a week including evenings and weekends
- Customer service experience (optional)
- Experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
- Management experience
