Key Holder / Shift Supervisor

Responsibilites include:

• Opening and closing the store
• Following cash-handling procedures
• Serving as Leader on Duty
  • Determining appropriate break times
  • Coaching and developing staff
  • Ensuring team productivity and task completion
• Ensuring safety of all customers and staff
• Signing in customers and explaining the buy process in detail
• Sorting and pricing products customers bring in to sell to the store
• Diplomatically explaining pass reasons and presenting the quoted offer to the customer
• Accurately process transactions using cash-handling procedures
• Tagging, hanging, and visually merchandising products
• Managing fitting rooms
• Following loss-prevention procedures as outlined by store management
