Plato's Closet is looking for a motivated, energetic, and fashion-forward Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team! We buy and sell the latest styles from the brands teens and young adults love while creating an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting every customer.
• Buy gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories while following Plato's Closet buying standards.
• Process inventory by tagging, pricing, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked through rack maintenance and merchandising.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Help create eye-catching displays and maintain store presentation.
• Assist with fitting rooms and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Support store goals by promoting buys, sales, and current promotions.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily sales and buying goals.

• Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we provide training!

Schedule

• Full-time (35–40 hours per week)
• Must be available to work weekends.
