Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies
• Supervise and motivate sales associates to achieve sales goals through effective coaching, training, and development
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing, and inventory control to maximize sales opportunities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members
• Manage payroll processing, cash handling, POS transactions, and bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
• Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost store traffic and sales performance

Experience

• Proven management experience in retail or a related customer-focused environment with a strong track record of supervising teams
• Demonstrated skills in sales management and employee orientation
• Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base
• Prior experience in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and store merchandising is highly desirable
• Familiarity with retail operations such as shift management, pricing strategies, cash handling procedures, and marketing initiatives

Applicants for this position MUST BE at least 18 Years. This is a full time/40 hour per week permanent position with a varied schedule.
