Qualifications:
- Must have experience with building a team (hiring, training, coaching, and terminating)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively
- Ability to provide leadership and inspire people with fun, positive energy
- Strong operational, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work 40-45 hours a week
