Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Shift Leader to join our team and help oversee daily store operations. This role is essential in ensuring excellent customer service, managing team performance, and maintaining smooth store functions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess strong leadership skills to motivate staff and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities, including sales, stocking, and customer service to ensure operational excellence
• Manage the buy process to ensure buys are processed in an organized and efficient manner
• Lead and motivate team members by providing training, and coaching
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and inventory control procedures
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and cash handling procedures
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and implementing promotional strategies

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience in retail or a similar environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
• Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management
• Experience with employee orientation and training staff
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing fundamentals
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
