We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product knowledge, and helping customers make informed decisions about their purchases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a desire to help customers find the perfect product for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Answer customers' questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection.
- Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment.
