Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven shift leader. You’ll run shifts with a team of 2-3 employees, oversee daily operations, and ensure we’re hitting sales targets — all while keeping the store looking amazing and our culture positive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Coach the assciates on your shifts
- Drive sales by setting goals, tracking performance, and celebrating wins.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns.
- Make sure the store is kept stocked and organzied
- Help plan and execute in-store events and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of retail experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for fashion trends and visual merchandising.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
