About the Role:
Platinum Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Teacher with OM and VI credentials to support students with visual impairments and mobility needs. This role is essential in helping students develop independence and access their education safely and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction in orientation and mobility skills
- Support students with visual impairments in academic and functional areas
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Ensure safe navigation in school and community environments
Requirements:
✔ Valid OM and VI credentials
✔ Experience in school settings preferred
✔ Strong communication and collaboration skills
$55-$70 Commensurate with Experience
