Position Description

Join Our ABA Team!

Platinum Therapeutics is seeking dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

Our team is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment in home, clinic, school, and community settings while supporting meaningful progress for the families we serve.

Position Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Provide 1:1 direct therapy services to clients

• Collect accurate session and behavior data

• Support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains

• Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforcement procedures

• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to promote consistency and generalization

• Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and client confidentiality

Qualifications

For BT Applicants:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience working with children preferred

• Willingness to complete RBT training and certification within 60 days of hire

For RBT Applicants:

• Current RBT certification preferred

• Experience implementing ABA programs strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently while receiving clinical guidance
