About the Practice
Established, community-focused pediatric practice seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to support growing patient demand. This is a stable, relationship-driven clinic with a strong reputation and consistent patient volume.
The Role
We are looking for a confident, independent Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with 2 years of experience who can manage a full patient panel and deliver high-quality care with minimal supervision.
This is not a training role—you should be comfortable walking in and contributing quickly.
What You’ll Do
- See 15–25 pediatric patients per day (sick visits well checks)
- Perform physical exams, diagnose, and treat acute/chronic conditions
- Conduct routine wellness visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings
- Educate parents on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Prescribe medications and manage follow-ups
- Document accurately in EMR (e.g., eClinicalWorks or similar)
- Collaborate with the pediatrician and clinical staff for continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP)
- Active state NP license DEA
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in high-volume pediatric clinics or urgent care
- Familiarity with Epic Systems or Cerner
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages)
