Duties & Responsibilities:
- Foster effective communication among team members to facilitate seamless wellsite coordination
- Safely guide drivers to their designated positions, prioritizing safety above all else
- Exercise vigilance and meticulous attention to prevent sand contamination during offloading processes
- Ensure organized data management post-offloading to prevent discrepancies in total load requirements
- Maintain continuous communication with the operations team via phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Safely and efficiently maneuver trucks in and out of the wellsite
- Uphold the organization of pads and worksites at all times, with an unwavering commitment to safety
- Enforce all safety standards and procedures for PSL personnel, including drivers, on the well-site
- Provide exemplary customer service during interactions with customers on the well-site and through phone communication
- Respond promptly to customer requests and follow up as needed
- Organize and convey data collected from drivers to on-site personnel
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Mandatory possession of reliable transportation
- Demonstrated reliability in previous work experiences
- Minimum of 1 year of sand coordinating experience
- Capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency in email communication and tech-savvy skills is a plus
- Ability to adhere to the required 12-hour work schedule
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $300.00 per day
