Responsibilities

• Actively engage with prospective customers through door-to-door visits, delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear explanations of product benefits, emphasizing how our solutions meet their specific requirements.
• Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure sales agreements that benefit both the customer and the company.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce.
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns and warm calling to nurture leads, follow up on previous contacts, and generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand promotional campaigns and incorporate messaging strategies into your outreach efforts.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly, providing product information accurately, and fostering positive relationships for future business development.

Experience

• Prior experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales is highly desirable.
• Proven success in telemarketing or inside sales roles, especially involving outbound calling or warm calling techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and tracking sales progress.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English to effectively convey value propositions.
• Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex products clearly.
• Customer service experience that highlights your ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to client needs.
