This position is located in St. Louis, MOand#10;and#10;JOB SUMMARY and#10; The ROOF TECHNICIAN is responsible for repairing and maintenance of various types of roofing systems for both commercial and residential roofing. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The technician must be able to assess damage, perform skilled repairs, work at heights, and ensure that all work is performed to code and in accordance with manufacturer specifications. and#10; and#10; JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: and#10;
- LABOR with crew to complete all aspects of jobs assigned by the company, including tear-off, repairs, installation and other jobs as assigned. and#10;
- ASSIST in setup and tear down of safety equipment as instructed. and#10;
- SAFELY operate tools and equipment such as roofing nailers, ladders, harnesses, and scaffolding. and#10;
- MAINTAIN clean and safe job sites, following OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines. and#10; and#10;
- ABIDE by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection, OSHA and Company policy safety requirements. and#10; and#10;
- REPORT all situations improperly protected. and#10; and#10;
- PARTICIPATE in weekly trainings and manufacturer system-specific training. and#10; and#10;
