Platinum Roadside Assistance is hiring now for a Emergency Roadside Technician in York, Pennsylvania.

Candidates must live in or near York, PA to be considered. Needed, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday afternoon.

As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you’ll respond to calls from stranded drivers and provide quick, professional help such as tire changes, battery jumps, and lockouts.

All tools, equipment, and training are provided — you’ll just need your own reliable vehicle to perform service calls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve common roadside issues quickly and safely
• Perform tire changes and basic battery services
• Provide vehicle jump-starts and on-site battery replacements
• Assist with vehicle lockouts using proper tools and techniques
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch
• Maintain accurate service call documentation
• Deliver professional, courteous, and timely customer service

Requirements

• Must reside in York, PA
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Dependable and punctual with strong communication skills
• Basic automotive knowledge or experience with roadside services
• Able to lift moderate weight and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous roadside assistance or automotive repair experience
• Strong customer service background
