SENIOR IS PROJECT MANAGERLocation; Renton, WAJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing moderate to large, complex projects with a focus on BioMed/Clinical Engineering (CE) initiatives across IT, clinical informatics, operational, and strategic environments. This role acts as the primary liaison between BioMed/CE stakeholders, vendors, CTS, and operational leadership. The Senior PM ensures project alignment with organizational objectives, facilitates cross-functional planning, manages resources and scope, and leads end-to-end execution of BioMed/CE device implementation activities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and technical experience in BioMed/CE environments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage all aspects of moderate to large, diverse, and complex projects with accountability to ministry, hospital, or clinic leadership.Act as BioMed/CE liaison for project teams, vendors, CTS partners, and operational leaders.Lead strategic planning with internal customers to support deployment of technologies, major services, and products.Coordinate activities of multi-functional teams, including scheduling, task dependencies, and budget management.Drive scope, risk, and issue management; document and communicate mitigation plansIdentify and prioritize BioMed/CE devices needed for project timelinesDevelop device implementation strategies and coordinate project plans.Oversee requirements such as TRB assessments, Nuvolo updates, integrations, and device readiness.Lead vendor coordination from procurement through install, including storage, staging, and make-ready support.Develop a scalable playbook for supporting BioMed/CE device implementations in construction or rollout projects.Ensure operational support models are established for all devices.Build and manage multi-functional, collaborative project teams.Work with IS intake, governance teams, and deployment groups to ensure successful delivery of IS services.Partner across pillars for integrations, joint execution activities, and dependencies.Maintain alignment between business needs, project goals, partner standards, and financial requirements.Maintain all project artifacts and ensure accuracy and accessibility.Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, stakeholders, and executive sponsors.Develop communication plans and generate regular project status updates.Produce root cause analyses and process improvement recommendations.Document organizational, application, and workflow outputs needed for policy or procedure updates.Honor Mission, Vision, Values, Code of Conduct, and organizational policies.Maintain English fluency appropriate for the role.Perform essential competencies for areas served (direct care roles only).QUALIFICATIONSBioMed / Clinical Engineering experience — MUST HAVE.Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-functional projects.Strong ability to influence stakeholders, build collaborative relationships, and drive decision-making.Experience coordinating with vendors and overseeing device lifecycle from planning to installation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal supervision.Experience with project documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.High degree of professionalism, ownership, and adaptability.Experience with Nuvolo, TRB assessments, and medical device integration workflows.Healthcare, clinical engineering, or hospital system project experience.Experience supporting construction-related technology implementations.Background in IT project management or clinical informatics.Company DescriptionPlatinum Resource Group is a professional level consulting firm, providing resources to Fortune 1000 client companies in the areas of technology, human resources, accounting, finance, business systems and supply chain, on a contract and interim basis.
