IT Systems Analyst IILocation; Newport Beach, CAJOB DESCRIPTIONThe IT Systems Analyst will support the implementation of a new document management solution for the Legal Team. This role will serve as a liaison between Legal, IT, and the external vendor to ensure alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include supporting requirements gathering, coordinating system setup and integration efforts with cross-functional IT teams, developing documentation, and leading QA and UAT activities to support a successful implementation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with Legal stakeholders and the vendor to gather, define, and align business and technical requirements.Partner with internal IT teams to coordinate system setup, configuration, and integration activities.Develop test plans and test cases; perform QA testing; support user acceptance testing (UAT); track, document, and drive defect resolution.Create and maintain documentation such as requirements, process flows, integration specifications, and testing artifacts.Act as a primary contact for the vendor to facilitate communication, issue resolution, and review of deliverables.Support project planning and execution within an Agile environment; provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.5 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst.Experience with SaaS implementations and system integrations.Strong background in test management, QA, and documentation.Experience with document management systems or Legal/compliance technology solutions preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Proficiency with business process modeling and documentation tools.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).Company DescriptionPlatinum Resource Group is a professional level consulting firm, providing resources to Fortune 1000 client companies in the areas of technology, human resources, accounting, finance, business systems and supply chain, on a contract and interim basis.
