FACILITIES TECH Location; Novato, CA; Brisbane, CA; South San Francisco, CA (Onsite) JOB DESCRIPTION The Facilities and Operations Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations in a biotech environment, supporting office and laboratory functions for the Pharmaceutical Development team. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the organization and external service providers, vendors, and consultants. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and perform repair and maintenance activities across all facility locations, including laboratory spaces.Support lab operations by working directly with staff to maintain equipment, inventory, and daily supplies.Partner with vendors, service providers, and consultants to ensure efficient and reliable facility operations.Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work environment across office and lab areas.Assist with general administrative and project coordination duties as needed.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree with 1 year of related experience considered.1 year of experience as a Project Administrator, Coordinator, or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce accurate documentation and meeting notes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Flexible schedule and willingness to support varying operational needs.Company DescriptionPlatinum Resource Group is a professional level consulting firm, providing resources to Fortune 1000 client companies in the areas of technology, human resources, accounting, finance, business systems and supply chain, on a contract and interim basis.
