About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities
- Assist customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service and communication
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits
- Generate new business through cold calling, lead generation, networking, and prospecting activities
- Track customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM software such as Salesforce
- Develop and maintain territory sales plans to maximize business growth
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales performance
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, outside sales, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms, preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to negotiate and close sales opportunities effectively
- Experience with account management, lead generation, or business development is a plus
- Prior leadership or management experience is beneficial but not required
