Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily direct-to-consumer outreach within assigned territory maps to generate qualified leads and close sales.
- Deliver compelling, in-person product presentations to prospective residential clients.
- Manage customer interactions from initial introduction through purchase agreement.
- Maintain clear daily activity logs and track revenue metrics using our mobile sales platform.
- Participate in daily sales strategy, objection-handling, and leadership development sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality (comprehensive sales training provided).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating independently in the field.
- Requirements: Ability to work on your feet outdoors, cover local sales territories daily, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $600 guaranteed weekly during training or commission, whichever is higher
- Estimated compensation range: $600-$1,200 weekly
- Earnings are based on individual performance
- Performance-based commission, bonuses and cash incentives
