What are the responsibilities and job description for the Norfolk MA Physical Therapist position at Platinum Physical Therapy, Inc?
Benefits:
Platinum Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Inc. is a physical therapist owned company that provides one on one care without the use of aides or assistants to a wide variety of patients with orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health concerns. We pride ourselves on never double booking our 40 minute appointments to maintain the individualized care that patients and clinicians deserve and prioritizing the well-being of our staff above all else.
We are currently looking for a full-time physical therapist to join our outstanding team of physical and occupational therapists at our Norfolk location. This location is conveniently located on Route 115 in the same plaza as Anne’s market and Exhale School of Dance. This is a newer location for us and we are looking to build it to a 4 therapist clinic. We are a close-knit team that prides ourselves on creating a supportive, compassionate, and patient-centered environment that fosters healing and personal growth. We rely heavily on patient word of mouth recommendations to their friends and family rather than focusing on one targeted referral source, so we look for team members that show that they care about the quality of treatment they provide. Our team enjoys time together spent on continuing education reviews, monthly staff lunches, and community marketing events to help build up the caseload that they want to treat day to day.
Our focus at Platinum PT is for our employees to have a work-life harmony, so there is no double booking of appointments and TherapySource as our web based EMR to get through notes quickly!
