Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing prompt and professional customer support.
- Schedule and confirm pest control service appointments.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account updates.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide detailed information about pest control services and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with technicians and other team members to coordinate services efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred).
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the pest control or home services industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual skills (a plus but not required).
