The Role
We're hiring part-time for multiple Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers positions where availability varies from needing, Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM and/or where weekends, nights, and mornings will be required. You'll be visiting clients' homes — feeding, walking, playing, medicating, and updating pet parents with photos and notes. Every visit is a chance to make someone's day a little easier and their pet a little happier.

● Comfortable with all dog breeds and sizes — including big leash-pullers
● Follows client instructions down to the last detail (this is our "wow factor")
● Reliable, on time, and responds quickly when we reach out
● Warm and professional with both pets and their people
● At ease in clients' homes, on camera, and asking questions when something isn't clear
● Loves being outside in all weather — not just the nice days
● Has another source of income (server, writer, designer, retail worker, etc.)

● You need M–F, 9–5 as your only income
● You respond slowly to messages or tend to go quiet

● Following detailed instructions feels limiting rather than satisfying
Requirements
● Smartphone home computer or tablet
● Reliable transportation
● Professional and verifiable references (pet care experience preferred)
● Willing to complete a background check after a conditional offer is extended*
*In accordance with Maryland law, background checks are conducted only after a conditional employment offer and are reviewed on an individualized basis.

● 42% commission on every completed client visit
● 100% of tips go directly to you (taxes withheld)
