Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport specialty items using appropriate manual handling techniques and material handling.
- build custom crates for artwork, statues, chandeliers and other high value items.
- Assemble and disassemble miscellaneous house hold items
- hang T.Vs and artwork
- Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy or bulky items to prevent injury and damage
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience or experience in moving services preferred; familiarity with material handling equipment is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy items safely and perform manual handling tasks regularly
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during interactions with clients
- Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and documentation
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, forklift operation, or other material handling equipment is advantageous
