Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, vehicles, to transport cannabis products to customers’ locations
- Load and unload deliveries
- Follow designated routes accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers professionally and answering any questions about the products or delivery process
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any issues promptly
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing stock when not on delivery routes
Skills
- Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially within the cannabis or courier industries
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety protocols
