Role Description
This is a full-time Owner Operator role with the opportunity to operate remotely. The Owner Operator will be responsible for managing transportation operations, including the safe and timely pickup and delivery of freight. Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle compliance, adhering to all transport regulations, and ensuring clear communication with dispatch and customers. This role requires a strong focus on maintaining professional standards and providing excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience in transportation, logistics, and drayage operations
- Knowledge of transport regulations, compliance, and safety protocols
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivation, time management, and ability to work independently
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and a clean driving record
- Experience operating within a 300-mile radius of Nashville is a plus
- Access to a well-maintained and compliant commercial vehicle
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is beneficial
