receivable, and account reconciliation. Experience with QuickBooks is essential as this tool will be utilized daily for financial processing and reporting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their

Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into our database using QuickBooks. Ensure all financial information is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Accounts Payable: Manage outgoing bills and invoices on behalf of the company. This includes ensuring all payments are made on time and reconciling any discrepancies in billing to maintain accurate financial records.
- Accounts Receivable: Oversee incoming payments, issue invoices, and maintain a system for tracking invoices and payments. Work closely with clients to resolve any billing disputes and ensure that receivables are collected promptly.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy. This includes reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and matching invoices to purchase orders.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports as required. Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
- QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks for all financial tracking, reporting, and account management. Keep QuickBooks knowledge up-to-date and optimized for business needs.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar role handling data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks; certification in QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
