✨ What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients
- Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary ICU staff
- Manage complex ventilators, infusions, drips, and advanced monitoring
- Respond quickly and calmly to emergencies and rapid patient changes
- Document accurately and maintain compliance with hospital standards
Requirements
- Active California RN license (state-specific or compact)
- 1–2 years of recent ICU experience
- BLS & ACLS required (additional certs highly preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and rapid-response skills
