What are the responsibilities and job description for the Secretary/ Administrative Assistant for a Real Estate Management office position at Platinum Group?
Looking for a FULL-TIME Secretary/ Administrative Assistant for a Management / Real Estate officethat is fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Answering calls, responding to emails, scanning, filing, etc.
- Provide superior residential services, assure that all complaints/concerns are resolved. Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
- Understanding of rent charges, lease issues and other tenant concerns.
- Managing supers of each building, ordering materials.
- Creating and sending notices to tenants.
- Manage building compliance with various city agencies (HPD, DHCR,DOB,ECB.) by researching, resolving and clearing building violations as they occur and tracking compliance deadlines.
- Making sure tenants receiving proper rent credits from various agencies(SCRIE/DRIE, PA etc).
- Assure that appropriate insurance requirements are in place for all properties
- Manage Bank and Insurance recommendations
- Entering checks and making deposits
- Prepare monthly tenant statements
- Maintain office equipment and office supply stock
Preferred Qualifications: * College degree
- Speaking fluent English AND Spanish.
- Being honest, professional and punctual.
- Strong work attendance record.
- Must have STRONG organizational, follow thru, & communication skills
- Articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to assess and prioritize urgent matters accordingly
- Excellent time-management and general organization skills.
- Must have an eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
