Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction, remodeling, and fabrication projects with precision and professionalism. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse tasks, from blueprint reading to fixture installation, while contributing to the creation of functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Duties

• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction and remodeling projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to perform tasks such as framing, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and drywall installation
• Install fixtures, cabinets, doors, windows, and other building components with attention to detail
• Conduct caulking, painting, and finishing work to ensure high-quality results
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while maintaining efficiency on construction sites
• Read schematics for electrical or plumbing systems to assist with fixture installation or repairs
• Assist in remodeling projects by performing carpentry, drywall work, metal framing, and maintenance person tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction estimating, site work, or related fields with a strong understanding of construction processes
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Demonstrated experience with glass installation and fixture mounting techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for various trades including carpentry and metal framing
• Knowledge of fabrication methods used in manufacturing or construction environments
• Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques
• Strong background in carpentry disciplines such as frame carpentry, door hanging, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation
• Familiarity with remodeling projects including drywall finishing, painting, caulking, and fixture installation
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with maintenance person experience for small repairs or modifications
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
