Cannabis Metrc and Compliance Office Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a Cannabis Metrc and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the compliant cultivation of high-quality cannabis plants and cannabis products in an OMMA compliant environment. This role involves daily Metrc reporting, insuring OMMA compliance at all times, inventory, and working with a team. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow standard operating procedures, and compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements within the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in State seed to sale tracking system at all times.
• Correctly counting, weighing, and reporting inventory at all stages of processing and distributing.
• Maintaining OMMA compliance.
• Correctly inputting and filing all field logs, waste logs, quality control logs, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and timelines.
• Precisely follow all SOPs.
• Fulfill orders accurately for distribution.

Experience

• Previous experience in Metrc management required.
• Advanced knowledge of Metrc in a processor setting.
• Knowledge of all OMMA rules and regulations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift (50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in PPE (gloves, lab coat, etc.) in a sterile environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
• Must be a team player with the ability to follow SOPs and verbal/written instructions.
• Experience using seed to sale tracking software and compliance platforms (e.g., METRC).
• OMMA employee Credentials REQUIRED
• Previous management experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• OMMA Employee credential Not the same as a med card (Required)
