About This Position
As an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll work in the field engaging directly with homeowners across Lehigh Acres area to promote Quantum Fibers and AT&T’s home services. Your day-to-day will involve walking assigned residential territories, building rapport with potential customers, and educating them on Quantum Fiber and AT&T’s solutions based on their needs.
You’ll receive ongoing support, tools for success, and plenty of opportunities to earn through both hourly pay and performance-based commissions. No prior experience is required just a great attitude and the willingness to learn and grow.

- Excellent communication skills required

- Bilingual abilities preferred
- Some college education or leadership experience preferred
- Uncapped commission – earn based on performance
