Responsibilities:
- Assist in Performing tasks related to earthwork, including bulldozing, grading, and excavation
- Assist in the construction of various structures and buildings
- Assist in the construction of your operator and learn why and what the operator does.
- Wear you PPE gear at all times (helmet, vest, and gloves)
Skills:
- Knowledge of construction techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
